The machinery down at tunnel level goes way up to the sublevels of the power plant. In this
shot you can see Max Action ascending a rusty ladder that runs up next to various pipes,
ropes, and pulleys. (They used really thick ropes, not metal cable. Some of these ropes are
rotted away, but many are still intact.)
